| Obviously the first
step in finding a house in Brittany and taking your first
step into the Brittany property market is to find the Brittany

'Acte de Vente' This is the final part of the

these bank accounts are stringently controlled. Once all
parties involved have signed this purchase contract, it
is final. That is to say that once signed, you are now the

will slightly over charge you for certain land registration
fees etc and some time after your Brittany property purchase
(sometimes as long as a year) you will receive a small cheque

etc, are very complicated. They over estimate slightly by
a couple of hundred euros or so, just to be sure to have

title transfer.
